5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Handling Fee Deduction: Any approved refund request will be subject to a mandatory administrative handling fee deduction to cover bank transaction charges, conversion rates, and processing costs.
  • 6-Week Processing Window: Once a refund request is evaluated, approved, and authorized by our team, the final amount (minus the handling fee) will be issued back to your account within 6 weeks.
