Refund Policy

Full Refund

Request a refund at least 3 days before departure to receive a full refund to your original credit card used for payment.

Partial Refund

Request a refund between 1 to 3 days before departure, and a processing fee of 200 THB will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original credit card.

No Refund

Requests made less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund.

Package Usage

Refunds are not available once the package has been used.

Special Note

The Laos Domestic Express Train Ticket is not available for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
